It was great to get together with some of the club members for the first time in more than a year. We decided to do our annual Vision Walk ( Foundation Fighting Blindness) a little earlier than the official June walk to beat the heat. Our Guide dog of the Desert Barry + Leader dog Nelson led the way. We’ve raised over $ 1,200 so far! Allen

Phoenix Valley of the Sun Lions Club participates in the 2nd Annual Lions Service Rally Day donating clothing for ages ranging from new born to adults and children books for homeless families residing in UMOM New Centers. This is an ongoing project for the club.
Club also participated in the Connecting to the 21st Century Multiple District Project donating laptop, cells phones and Kindles which are refurbished and given to individuals/Lions to keep connected during the Pandemic.
Thank you to all the donors who made this happen.
We appreciate you!!!
Phoenix Valley of the Sun Lions Club is having a drive for UMOM New Day Centers. UMOM provides interim housing and resources for homeless families to keep them together until they are able to find a job and housing. Children are able to stay in their same school without having to jump schools not knowing where they are going to live next. Please join us in making the lives of these families better,
